Located in the beautiful atrium of Erie Community College's
city campus, the cafe provides valuable retailing and merchandising experience
for the Culinary students.
The Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts department offers students, staff faculty and guests a variety of coffees, pastries, cookies, cakes, pies and other student-prepared items. Whole cakes, pies, cheesecakes and other baked goods can be ordered in advance for special occasions. The cafe is open during the academic year in conjunction with the curriculum's
baking classes. |
